IDC Partner Program is a revenue share model between Power-All and IDC. IDC infrastructure becomes part of CBS-Storage global infrastructure. All CBS-Storage customers can see all IDC and price of each storage center. Customer can make use of a particular center with a common API call.
Storage center charges customer on three items, Storage Fee, Transfer Fee and Request Fee. There are two price table for each center, one is for Direct Customers (belong to Power-All), another one is for Branded Partners. For all income from direct customers or branded partners, it will be shared between Power-All and IDC with percentage according to agreement between two parties.

Assume in one month of IDC A, there are $X income from Direct Customers and $Y income from Branded Partner. Therefore total income of IDC A in a month is $X + $Y. This ($X+$Y) will be shared between IDC and Power-All according to the percentage on agreement.
Each IDC login their own management system to monitor the usage and billing information which is provided by Power-All.
At beginning of each month, Power-All central system generates a report for each IDC which display the resources usage of last month. Power-All will arrange payment to IDC partner within 3 months.
